Re-granules can be easily produced from the rejects and waste of plastic products made from primary raw materials.

There are different technologies for processing and managing these rejects and waste. By this means, excellent quality secondary materials can be produced.

These materials appear in the form of re-granules, or at lower level of processing they appear in the form of chips, agglomerate or crystal.

These materials meet the technological conditions of plastic production and they can be purchased at a reduced price of primary raw materials depending on their quality and level of processing.

The use of raw materials varies according to different product groups. Packaging materials of food industry, pharmaceutical industry and cosmetics must not be produced from secondary raw materials.

In case of other products groups, cost of raw materials can be reduced significantly with the use of secondary raw materials, without quality decrease!

Master batch with desired formulation and different additives are used for producing recycled plastic re-granulate. Mixing, that is homogenisation is done by adding these materials. As a result, re-granulate to be produced will have the same physical features; this will be of major importance from the point of view of manufacturing finished products.

Mainly packaging waste and thermoplastic materials coming from industry, commerce and households are processed and recycled (PE, PP).

Solid waste consisting of bigger pieces is recycled by grinding. Chips of 15-20mm are produced during the process.
